How do I choose the right yoga mat thickness?
For standard practice, our 3mm or 4mm mats provide great stability. If you have sensitive joints, we recommend our 6mm Premium mats for extra cushioning and support.
What is Gaiam's return policy for yoga gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for products in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats must be unopened to be eligible for a return.
How should I clean and maintain my Gaiam yoga mat?
We recommend wiping your mat down after every practice with a damp cloth and mild detergent or a dedicated yoga mat wash. Always allow your mat to air dry completely before rolling it up.

Yes, the majority of our mats are made from PVC that is 6P-free, meaning they are free of the six most harmful phthalates. We also offer natural rubber and cork options for those seeking biodegradable materials.
